Tea Workshop The Tea Workshop online shop An online shop for Chinese tea and teaware: tea by the gram and by the cake in one product card, inventory, payment, delivery across Russia and a marketplace feed.
Rubankov storefront concept A redesign of the rubankov.ru hand woodworking tool shop: a clickable prototype on the real catalogue — 24 screens, a card for every product type, a first-set picker, the school, gifts and a storefront for the Petrograd factory.
Drilling monitoring for LUKOIL A system for Digital Petroleum that uses live rig data to warn of drilling incidents and to show which rock the bit is cutting. Two modules — “Forecast of drilling incidents” and “Reconstruction of rock strength while drilling” — inside LUKOIL's closed network.
WorldSkills CIS NG 2.0 — a system for running WorldSkills Russia demonstration exams The system a demonstration exam runs in, from checking in candidates to signed-off marks. Experts mark from a computer or a phone, the chief expert sees disagreements and the history of every mark right away, and the system produces the marking forms, reports and skills passports itself. One system for any number of exams instead of a separate copy of the software for each.
TMC24 — a B2B travel services platform A workspace for a travel agency and its corporate clients: flights, rail and hotels from different suppliers in one order. We worked with TMC for six years: agent and corporate client workspaces from 2014, the TMC24 platform from 2017.
PLK KAMCHATKA website A website for a Kamchatka marine logistics company: cargo shipping, transshipment and storage, fuel delivery, its own fleet and a quote request right on the page.
Customer display and web analytics for Teboil filling stations For Direct Vision: a second screen at the till shows the purchase, a QR code for payment via the Faster Payments System and ads, while the web analytics panel shows tank stock, fuel and shop sales, pump meter faults and mobile fuelling across the whole network.
adidas A full-cycle HR portal for adidas CIS Jobs at the office, the brand stores and the distribution centre in Russia, Ukraine and Kazakhstan: from posting a vacancy to a decision on a candidate, in one system. Eight years of development and support.
adidas adidas Creators Games A website for adidas sports competitions in Russia, Ukraine and Kazakhstan, and then a community platform for a whole season: challenges, weekly training plans, a meal plan, body transformation, quizzes, an academy, a leaderboard and a personal account.
Polydon® — an agronomist's assistant Website, admin panel and mobile app for Polydon Agro, a maker of liquid fertilisers: product catalogue, tank-mix compatibility check and per-field dosage calculation. It started in 2017 as a replacement for a business-card website.
HYDRONOM® — satellite data on water bodies A subscription service for anglers, spearfishers and divers: water clarity and temperature, phytoplankton, ice and weather for any water body on Earth. On the web and in a mobile app.
World WiFi: advertising in guest Wi-Fi A platform for free Wi-Fi in cafés, hostels and clubs: guests get online with their phone number and see an ad, the venue owner gets a share, and advertisers pick venues on a map and pay per impression or per click.
AltegroNET operator dashboard The system a wireless internet provider ran its clients' connections on: a register of SIM cards and devices, blocking cards at the mobile carrier, signal monitoring on a map, client balances and agent payouts. Plus Wi-Fi identification by phone call for public networks.
WorldSkills WorldSkills Russia digital platform We took part in building a platform where demonstration exam results build up into a participant's digital footprint and skills passport, and employers use them to find people with proven qualifications.
WorldSkills ESAT, the unified system of current requirements for WorldSkills Russia A reference website: current requirements for every competency, addresses of demonstration exam centres and the people in charge of each area. The first version, with an admin panel and tender documentation, launched in summer 2018.
WorldSkills eSim — the working system of WorldSkills Russia We developed the system in which the Young Professionals movement ran its championships and demonstration exams: exam centres and their accreditation, expert certificates, participants' skills passports. And we built leaders' dashboards for it, with ratings and analytics for regions and universities.
ROLF BlueFish — ROLF used cars Support and development of bluefish.ru and the systems around it: a car handover schedule for dealerships, screens in showrooms, dealership pages and a web service that lets dealer websites show BlueFish cars.
ROLF A staff assessment system for ROLF Goals, competencies and peer review for every employee, from mechanic to top management. The system works out the final score for each period by itself.
Anywayjet and Charters Luxury: a private jet online A service for booking business jets: flights are put together right on a calendar, flight time is calculated at once, and the aircraft class and models are picked next to it. It grew into a mobile version, a platform for brokers and an international version, Charters Luxury.
Vega clinic website The website of a multi-specialty clinic in Moscow: specialties, doctors, searchable prices and online payment.
YBER Parking: booking berths for yachts in marinas A service where a yacht owner finds a marina with a free berth that fits their boat and books it online, while the marina runs its piers, requests, services and prices. A platform concept analysis and a clickable prototype of 150-plus screens.
OpsHorn: incidents and on-call Our own incident management service: it takes alerts from monitoring, groups and adjusts them by rules and notifies whoever is on call, by schedule and with escalation. Worked out as a clickable prototype — a web console and a mobile app.
